I got a Sonora BBb on a lowball automated bid. It's missing the brace from the upper bow to the bell. I think it'll be pretty much okay with this, some dent cable work, bad soldering cleanup, and cleaning/oiling. Looking for pictures that would help precisely place this brace - flat-on photo front and rear centered on this area would be perfect.
It looks like it's right where the top bow stops curving, but it would help to be sure.

Perfect pics and yes that's my Sonora. Had lo-def pictures so it was a little risky...3rd valve tubing leak and leadpipe is kinda weird and floating (perfect height tho), but bell/outerbody is fine so it should be worth bringing to full strength.

Re: B&S 101/Weltklang/Sonora BBb question - bell brace
The bell brace is one thing. But I'd worry more about getting those bad/deep dents out of the 3rd and 4th valve tubing, as dents that deep WILL affect response/sound
