Re: Warehouse Sale
Likely. The ebay deal isn't likely to come off, but it has a month left on it. In the meantime, his phone number is there, and people can talk to him about pieces - but it would be somewhat dishonest for him to accept the $200K price for an inventory that has since been picked over and reduced from what it was when he wrote it up. So he'd have to cancel the ad, or you'd have to make a deal and wait. And then you'd have to pick your stuff up in person, in Wolfforth Texas wherever that is. If it looks to him like he can clear out enough stuff in individual deals like that, I bet he will.lowbrassmaniac wrote:Gold mine...I wonder if he will part individually with the tubas?

Re: Warehouse Sale
Oh hell no. For $200k (or even $100k), I'd never want this. Hell, if I had even $50k to spend on something, I'd take a nice long trip to Germany and have a few horns custom built for me.
Maybe $200k is a great deal for someone. But for the time and effort it'd take for me to flip that stuff and break even (and later profit), there's just no way I'd ever be interested.

For $50K I'd already be down there. And then my wife would murder me.
