Looks kind of like one of those super-tall Reynolds tubas.
Actually, wasn't there something like that for sale here once, like 5 years ago? IIRC, it was a homemade job, which used the flare from the perpetually-available recording bells (since the actual upright ones are so hard to come by).

Coincidentally from the same Brazilian sect that has created a market for contrabass saxophones. They have big church orchestras, men only and real heavy on the bass.

All kidding aside ( ) , I've got to imagine that added length lowers the pitch by at least a semi-tone.

Has the 2nd largest tube been shortened to compensate?
