Need valve guides for Packer Baritone

Post by Rick F »

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble locating valve guides for a John Packer JP-273 baritone. I was told to check with Allied Supply but sadly they won't deal unless I'm a dealer or tech with an account.

This is a 3 valve compensator with a bore of .573 and 9.5" bell if that helps. I was told that a Yamaha guide might fit but I know the YEP-321 guides won't fit because I have some of those.

Thanks for any help.

Did you reach out to bloke? He's a JP dealer and I'm sure either has some or can get you some from Allied.

Glad to help, but to be clear not Dan. (my user name does get confused with his old one quite often.)

Oops, sorry about that Robert. I saw 'village' and the rest didn't register.
