In my continued house cleaning, I have a new Hercules Sousaphone stand. These can be purchased for around $70 plus shipping. I would sell this one for $45, plus shipping. I don't think I have the box, but if I find it, it will be included. Payment via paypal. I will adsorb to paypal costs.
