FS/FT Meinl Weston 2141 Eb tuba

I'm looking to sell my Meinl Weston 2141 Eb tuba. I'm looking for a larger tuba. This thing is awesome, but its a little small for what I want to do with it. All valves work great,and slides move smoothly, while the 3rd and 4th valve slides are a little harder to move. It isn't really a problem since i just leave them in the same place, as tuning is consistent with this horn. There's been a little bit of solder work in the past, before i bought the horn. 3 of the valve buttons have been replaced with cork. This thing plays crazy good, but it just doesn't fit me as well as I wish it did. The low register is awesome, and the high register sings. It's an outstanding solo horn, and great for smaller ensembles. It'll be coming with a protec platinum gig bag. This horn prefers funnel cups, and I've had great success with a helleberg 7b. I'm looking for 5500, another tuba, or a mix of both. Looking for a bigger tuba, so show me what you got! :D

As of April 9th, I'll be looking into switching to CC, for my playing purposes. So a trade for CC is definitely considered

... yup, a MW 2141 is a really nice and well playing horn, the best Eb I ever had in my lap ... it does as well with a more cupped mouthpiece, for example a DW Ultra AT3U

Yeah, lately ive been using a PT65 and its a great match. Its not too mouthpiece sensitive.
