Favorite PDA Program

Post by TubaTodd »

In a matter of hours, my first PDA will be at my doorstep. I can't wait!!! I thought it would be interesting if we had a thread dedicated to PDA software. I've seen (and downloaded) quite a lot of great freeware applications including simple music apps like metronomes and such.

What is your favorite, most handy, most addictive, most fun or down right INTERESTING PDA program??

Suggestion:
Since PDA's have a variety of different formats and options, it might be easier for readers to see these posts in a easy to read format. Here is my humble suggestion....

Title
PDA Format/OS: (ie PalmOS, PocketPC, etc)
Color or Black/White
Type of Program (ie game, utility, mp3, etc)
License: (ie Freeware, Shareware, commercial [price?], etc)
Description
Download Link

I can't wait to read the posts.

If you have a pda in Palm or Pocket PC, You need to check out the site for your type:

http://www.freewarepalm.com/

or

http://www.freewareppc.com/

These sites have a load of freeware on them and a lot of it is quite usefull. My favorite is Passman. It is a piece of software that saves your usernames and passwords. I have a PPC and I'm sure they have something like it for palm as well.

PocketPC (iPaq 5550)
Colour
Utilities
Weather Panel, SPB Pocket plus are essentials! But both Pay for.

As are PocketTune which includes a metronome and JB Frequency Tuner which is a good tuner.
Both only applicable if you have a mic input and Speaker, obviously ;-)

These 2 are freeware I think.
