TRADED Need to trade Eastman for rotary CC TRADED

Post by DouglasJB »

TRADED!!!!!!!!

As many of you know I recently broke my hand and have been going to physical therapy for a while. Both my doctor and therapist have said it would be in my best interest to switch to a rotary valve horn after I showed them both of my horns (1 piston 1 rotary).

My Eastman is 18 months old purchased directly from Matt Walters at Dillons Music, there is some silver wear where my left hand sits on the inner bow, 5th and 1st valve slides, but the finish is still 95+% in great condition. Many people ask about intonation, the only 2 notes I even worry about are E just below the staff I have to pull my 1st slide (3 is in tune, just not a fan of the sound, it's not as nice to my ears) and I pull the same slide for F in the staff. I have both an Alteri gig bag and SKB hard case with the horn both still in amazing shape, no tears/cracks/discoloration. I can email pictures to anyone interested just shoot me an email at brileydouglas@yahoo.com" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank, I am generally pretty good about getting back to you within a few hours, horn is located in Clarksville TN.

This is a needing to trade post NOT a for sale post, sorry guys, my other for sale post will be deleted/dealt with momentarily. I ideally would like to find a medium to large rotary CC with 5 valves. Older horns or "ugly" cosmetic finish are fine just as long as all the slides and valves move easily and the horn isn't riddled with dents. I could like to find something 188 size or bigger, a rough list of horns I'm interested in could be...

Older Alex 163/164 (possibly)
Miraphone 188/291
B&S PT20/PT6/older Neptune
large 5V Cervenys

if you have something else, send me an email using the address listed above.

Thanks everyone!
-Douglas
