There are a whole bunch olf duets for cello and bassoon. Offhand, I'd think they'd transfer over to bass+tuba very well. The bass player plays the cello parts as written, since the bass sounds an octave lower than notated and the tuba wouild simply play the bassoon part an octave down.

There are also a few works two two basses by Bottesini and others. You might be able adapt some of those.
