My tech just installed the buttons from the Yamaha 800 series on my Holton 345, and they are beautiful. Check with any of the techs here to see if they are threaded for your stems or if you need the stems re-done. Joe (Bloke) gave me a bunch of good advice, others will, too.

Martin Wilk has a good selection of really fancy buttons.
