Thanks, guys! Actually what I need more than the $10 is a little bit of thick cork to recork the register key and a couple others on an 80 or so year old Selmer clarinet a friend convinced me to overhaul for him. (It hasn't been play in over 50 years but should come up good as new.) In fact I'd let you charge my credit card the tenner if you would supply it.
Buying parts and materials for a one off job ain't cheap. Years ago I could make a bit of profit out of $100 for an overhaul job as I had a good stock of everything bought in bulk. Now just a set of pads costs that much to get here.
