You mentioned the 4th valve - does that mean it's a dependent 5th? (It's hard to decipher from your photos). (Edited - now I see it...not enough coffee yet.... )
It would also be interesting to see how you worked out the linkage.

What you see is what you get. Just a simple thumb activated lever and a pony tail band I stole from my wife
Right hand thumb I assume? Or do you sneak your left hand in there somehow? I'd like to see a picture from the front if that's where the lever is. Thanks! Great work!

One of the things I did in my rotors, when I had my Piggy and my 6 valve MW F tuba, was to put thick brass washers under the caps. It worked well.
