The new Miraphone piston CC sounds like your best bet. Model No. 1291 I think?

Do the smart thing; talk to the tuba teacher at UCF (Central Florida?) and find out what he/she recommend. With $6000, you have a lot of options.

If it is Central Florida, email Gail Robertson, she is the euphonium/tuba instructor.
