My feet looked like hell by the time I was 25. Just the big toe on the right foot, really, after multiple disasters - dislocation, toenail smashed a couple times and didn't grow back right, etc. Which has affected the rest of the toes, and the passage of time hasn't made it look any sweeter. But the athlete's foot fungus is better under control, you'll be glad to know.
