Yes, but while everyone can't take their eyes off it the new Broad Street Bullies can pound the visiting defense...
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

Did Maxine target him or something...??
She should actually stand next to him frequently.

It would make her countenance and hair look normal!!

A pump assist for a tuba? Would that me a bad idea?

I haven't quite figured out yet What could it do?what it would do...

I just got asked at a festival this weekend if i had one.

Well... it was a pump, but i had tubed it up to a swoopfoomer (not a propper one though, as the only noise it made was the uncrinkling of paper.) It was only a proof of concept, and diatracted me from the music, alas. But it seemed appropriate, at least to me... conceptualy... maybe when a full system easily managed without distracting a musician from playing.

Depends. Did they use duct tape, Scotch tape or reel-to-reel tape?
And did the voices stop!?

Obviously a stage dress requirement to match their hats.

Yet another bad idea: annotating all my less than transparent posts to tubenet... Would it significantly increase my number of posts without much clarifying my thoughts?

I pride myself on my normalcy... normal like a normal force of course.

As per the swoopfoomer post above, i will try to explain... And we shall see how bad an idea it is.

In the penultimate episode of Fraggle Rock, swoopfoomer as mentioned above, is just what Doc calls those little party favors that ya blow into typically on New Years eve, making a honking sound while inflating and unwrapping a little paper tube, causing it to stick out. That swoopfoomer ends up being the final part of the honk of honks.

So next Honk fest i mean to have me an apt homage, even if no one gets it.

Dressing down for halloween?

I am still mudling about seeking that middle ground costume inspiration: executable on relatively short notice, yet still interesting. I got minimal effort defaults to fall back on at least. If i had enough hair for a top knot, i might go for a sumo wrestler...

Pepper spray as a seasoning?

I was making chili the other day and there was no chili powder in the house. So...

I went to the store.

Last year I went to the office party with my tuba and called it “Oktoberween”

The year before I went as the guy in the “Are you a Preppy” poster.

This year I’ll go in the most culturally insensitive Heap Big Redskin Chief costume I can muster.

Just because.

In that vein, i thought about making a combination dunce cap/clan hoody (very clearly saying "dunce" on the side) and sitting in the corner. Don't think i would have much fun at parties though.

I think i would only do it if after i got bored with it, there was some fancy clasp at the top which i could undo, and the cone flopped outward into something far more colorful and lively, like medusa tenticals or a jester's cap complete with bells. But.... well... that smacks of effort.

You can probably tell i grew up in the era of gobots and transformers...

(edited for typos, which suppose i could live with. but the homonym went too far)

Sorry i am letting standards slip.

Would the idea of going as Michael Jackson for Halloween be a bad enough idea?

I heard somewhere that he is bad...
