Denver The Last Dinosaur (cartoon)

So, I was up last night watching TV with my cat, and stumble across the late 80's cartoon "Denver The Last Dinosaur". I think I remember it from my childhood. Anyway, most of the music sounds like it was done on an FM synth, with a few instruments - including tuba - mixed in. There is tuba throughout this series of cartoon. Wondering if it is Tommy Johnson or John Van Houten or someone else? Anyone know for sure
