Question: Stravinsky "Circus Polka"

Post by tclements »

Is there a tuba part for Stravinsky "Circus Polka" orchestra version. I cannot find one. If you have one, may I buy, borrow or rent it from you? Thanks!

Tony-
There is an Orchestral tuba part. Nothing like the wind ensemble part. I have played it, but don't have a part for it.

Hi. It’s contained in the old Torchinsky volume “20th Century Orchestra Studies”. The short solo is played nicely on the old L.A./Mehta recording.....
Schmenge Kaiser EEb, 3 valve (two rotors, one piston), with a Kosicup mouthpiece (9.2 mm)
