Music Camps

Has anyone here been to music camps? This will be my third summer of attending SYMS at the University of New Hampshire.

I've been to Dixie Band Camp @ the Univ. of Central Arkansas ("Oldest Band Camp in the South"). It's great, they all ways get good conductors and instructors. People from all over the country come to it every year...in fact, a few years ago we had someone from Alaska come to Arkansas in the middle of June and it was in the mid 90's (degrees that is) with the dewpoint in the 70's so it was hot and humid but it's like that all the time. Anyway...it's doesn't cost that much money and you learn from great instructors (Dr. Louis Young). Sadly, I am too old to be a camper but since I go to UCA I can help out with sectionals and other things.
