You bought the Yamaha YEP-642 Euphonium used. Please verify that there is an extra cork on the valve stem under the top caps of number 1-3 valves that is not on the 4th valve. i.e. Finger buttons on all 4 valves get the same foam pad and felt. The stems (under the top valve cap) of the 4th get just a foam pad and a felt a bit thinner than what is in the finger button. Valves 1-3 get an Allied medium thickness cork then the foam pad then the felt. Felts always face the metal top valve cap.
