Some of you may have encountered Bob in the past. He was a fabulous repairman and a better person. Bob at one time repaired hundred and hundreds of instruments in his barn-shop in Sinking Springs, Pa. He did everything from the Marine Band horns, to colleges, to local schools, as well as professionals from all over the country.
Bob passed away last week while on vacation in Florida. I, for one, will miss him. He was just so good at every thing he did, and a joy to talk with.
