Hi
There is a good review here https://www.4barsrest.com/reviews/products/inst058.asp" target="_blank I pretty much agree with everything in the review, biggest issue is you have to be a bit more gentle with it than the Besson 994 at the loudest dynamics.
I owned one for a while. IMHO much more enjoyable for me to play than a Besson 994. Sounded more like a 4/4 or 4.5/4 C tuba than the typical Bb compensating tuba, which usually sound like buzzing into a bucket. Much more clarity. Valve stroke is shorter, 4th valve easier to reach. Conductor really liked it when I played it with two other players who were on Besson 994 or LMI Royal Bb (pretty much identical to a Besson 994).
There is a Bass Players union group on Facebook - they seem to be mainly Brass band players - you could ask them as they are at the coalface of British Brass Banding and have strong opinions on these things.

Ahh, the old YEB vs YBB confusion strikes again. It struck on my thread too, but there was some good info on the YEB 631 and 632 in there:

From what I've gathered, the Yamahas should be just fine for british brass band. That pretty much is their intended target.

Oops yes misread the post
I recently played with a fine player using a the YEB 632s - he sounded fantastic - with a massive sound that would be appreciated in a brass band.

I should also add, if you can find the older YEB-631, people tend to like that one as well. Depends on the budget.
