How about the Mozart sonata for 'cello and bassoon in Bb major (KV 292)? The bass can play the cello part as-is and the tuba can read the bassoon part down an octave.

There's quite a bit of stuff if you're willing to finagle the parts a little. The key is to look for works for 2 celli or bassoon and cello. Incidentally, there are a fair number of musical folk who think that Mozart did not compose K 292 because it's inferior stylistically to most of his other work.
There's a fairly easy book of 24 bassoon duets by Satzenhofer (sorry, I can't find a free web source) that might work well. I did find a MIDI of one:

Sheet Music Service in Portland should have the book--it's pretty standard fare for the bassoon crowd--about $10.
