I have decided to sell my Meinl Weston 2000, for which I am asking $9,750. This price includes the leather Cronkhite gig bag, MAW valves, and factory valves. The horn is located in Tallahassee, FL, but will also be in Virginia over the next two weeks, as well as Washington DC in early February. This is an exceptional instrument, and with the exception of a small ding in the bottom bow, the physical condition is flawless. Intonation was never an unsolvable issue for me, and the versatility of the sound allowed me to use this tuba in orchestras and quintets almost interchangeably.
