Arban's Question

In my copy of the Arban's book (the tuba version edited by Dr. Young), the first characteristic study in the back is marked at eighth note = 132. Is this correct? I don't have a different version to consult, so any help would be appreciated.

In the original trumpet book, the tempo reads quarter=96.
