Due to unforeseen circumstances, my Euphonium GA is open for Fall 2020. If you are still searching for graduate opportunities (MM or DMA), please check us out!

This is a euphonium-only assistantship. Duties will include teaching undergraduate euphonium (possibly some tuba as well), and assisting with the USM Tuba/Euphonium Ensemble. We have an active program and our ensemble is a frequent performer at regional and international conferences.

Benefits include in-state AND out-of-state tuition waiver, an annual stipend (GAs received $7200 in the 2019-20 year), and health insurance. There are also opportunities to teach privately or as an adjunct at public schools and community colleges in the area. USM offers the Master of Music and Doctor of Musical Arts degrees in performance.
