I have been trying to find the specs for the following mouthpieces...

Conn-Helleberg
Helleberg 7B
Helleberg 120S

Schilke-Helleberg

The Conn-Helleberg is the common name for the 120S. The 7B is essentially the same, but shallower. The rim i.d. and contour of each of these two mouthpieces has varied over the years, but averages @ 1.26 inches. I can't help you with depth or throat specs.

The Schilke H is advertised as slightly smaller i.d.; the H-II as slightly larger:
