Cerveny - What Model?

I have a Cerveny that I bought used around '92. I have no idea where to find or determine the model number on this guy. It's a CC tuba. It "looks" like a piggy, but where would the serial or model be? I spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out what I thought was the serial, only to realize that was the CHECHO of Made in Checho slovakia.

The only thing I see in the bell is the logo with the (R). I wasn't sure if the model might be hidden in the pattern, since the lines are not symmetrical.

0813 seemed like a low number for a serial, but that's what's on the bar. Model number, however, is still evading me.
