Mirafone

Post by bisontuba »

Hi-
I recently acquired a mid 70's Mirafone catalog for tuba & low brass, along with a supplement catalog for their odd ball brasses, with a price list. I have scanned it and had 'horn u copia' put it on their website, under Library. The moderator rearranged the pages, but everything is now on their site for all wishing to look at/research/gather info from that period of Mirafone.
Enjoy!

Odd that there does not seem to be a price page for the tubas (that, or it's out of order, and/or I am blind) :-)

Thanks Mark! :D
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

I have a tuba price list from the 80s, too. Bought the catalog off eBay over the summer, and the seller sent me a whole folder full of stuff. I'll have to check it out soon and post some pics for you all.

Mirafone isn't their only catalog entry, by far. Some of them link to other sources. There should be something there for anyone.

My favorite link from that page: http://brasstacks.de/gebr-alexander.html" target="_blank

~1904 York 3P BBb Helicon
