Hello Everyone. I have a Big Cerveny Bb Kaiser Tuba for sale. It has been converted (not by me) to have 5 valves, which all work well. The slides are perfect too. The horn doesn't look the prettiest, but I've had the major dents taken out. The sound is huge, the instrument plays great, is free blowing and the intonation really good, I find. Ships via Greyhound from Pittsburgh PA or for around $250 with FedEX. Here's a link to photos and a video.

Notice the eyedropper style 2nd valve slide. Thse are really good Kaiser tubas, they don't look that big but they put out a carpet of sound. Steller price, too.
