I have been wondering about this site. When I try to download a file using Firefox it tries to make me download a free PDF to Doc converter, which I don't think I need.
When I try to download a file using Opera it tries to sell me a subscription or membership.

Do you have a pdf reader, like Adobe Acrobat? The non-pro version is free. I was able to get a number of files from the site with no problem.
