1987 Hirsbrunner HB1P (SOLD)

Post by Zach Bridges »

For sale is my four-valve Hirsbrunner HB1P 4/4 CC Tuba.

It's a great horn with a wonderfully clear and creamy sound that has served me well in auditions, solo, chamber, and large ensemble situations. There are some plating wear spots from a previous owner, but don't affect the playability. It was recently ultrasonically cleaned and serviced.

Horn includes a black Cordura Cronkhite gig bag and a Walt Johnson flight case.

Here is a clip of it in action in a brass ensemble for reference if desired:

Feel free to message me with further questions or offers. Shipping is possible via Greyhound, not interested in trades.

Located in the Washington D.C. Area

Asking $7,950 OBO.

Thanks!
