Looking for a decent used brass sousa

I've got some Christmas bucks to blow. I want to dump my 1950 Holton Collegiate that's held together with duct tape and JBWeld and get something nicer, like a Conn 22K. But I'm brand agnostic. I don't want a new horn, used is great. My old Holton is so leaky I hardly ever use spit valves, so anything newer than 1980 is a great improvement. I'm just starting to shop around, so what can I get for around $4K? I don't trust most eBay auctions.
