If youd like more info on dimensions and such please visit giddings site, they have more info that I could ever convey without simply copying everything they say. This is a great mouthpiece I personally believe that the Baer line are the best pieces giddings offers. If you need/want a lot of cutting power and projection its great, it may look ridiculously shallow but in reality it is only relatively shallow but for a little F tuba or just someone whos trying to convey a brighter sound. Never been dropped, havent used in forever either because im only playing bigs horns now
