Olds 3 Valve Tuba

Post by laricciotuba »

The bell does not have any markings but based on the braces, and valves I would assume this is an Olds tuba. It is a solid playing Bb tuba that was went through, loose braces were re-soldered as well as the bottom brace on the side. It's not the prettiest looking tuba and shows some wear, but it plays well and easily. The bell shows wear: There are two small cracks in the bell and I decided to leave them without patching anything because they didn’t seem to effect anything. Nice easy playing tuba. All slides and valves move well. No case is included. Any questions please ask. Thank you
