I'm offering up my Big Mouth Brass J-445-S, Silver 5 Valve F tuba. Valves move cleanly, slides are smooth. I'd call it very good condition- a few small pings here and there, I think I got them all in the photos, and some of the typical very minor silver wear that's barely visible on the "handlebar" and a couple other high-contact spots. No thumb ring- I can't remember if I ever had it or if I took it off myself. If I come across it, you can have it. No case or gig bag, but if it's getting shipped and you want to order a case shipped to me to load it in, we can do that.

Re: FS: BMB J445S F Tuba
These are very good 4/4 tubas. Comparable with the Nirschl, - not "as good as," comparable - at a third the price. A good buy for someone. You can find a better substitute for the rubber bands.
I have no connection with the seller or the horn.

Bump. I've since found the thumb ring. I had removed it because the threading is partially stripped, making it somewhat loose.
