Height of bell for Reynolds Contempora BBb recording tuba?

If anyone out there in TubaLand has an upright bell for a Reynolds Contempora BBb recording tuba handy, would you please measure its height (including tenon) when removed from the horn?

17 11/16 inches or you could round it off to 17 3/4 inches.
