This is a 4 valve BBb helicon with rotary valves. I've only had this for a short time. This comes with a gig bag, but no mouthpiece. The horn is light and wraps around pretty good. Plays very well. Was made between 1935 and 1940.
If you live in the upstate NY area, I'm willing to meet you in person. Otherwise, you'd be responsible for shipping costs, which isn't included in the price.
