Cerveny CBB 693 4-valve BBb: $6000 OBAO
Hi Folks. This beautiful horn appears virtually brand new. It is a large, four-rotary-valve BBb that is exceptionally light and free blowing with a rich, lush sound. It belonged to a recently deceased tuba-playing friend and now needs a good home. Cerveny is from Czechoslovakia and the horn is quite popular in Europe. As best I can tell they aren't being sold too much in the US these days. The new price with the hard-shell case appears to be about $8500. Price here is $6,000 or best acceptable offer plus shipping from Portland, Oregon (USA). Contact me via private message if you wish to come and try the horn out at my place. The horn will not be shipped on a trial basis.
