Custom Music Corp. actually sells a double mouthpiece pouch. I'm not sure just how much protection you're looking for, but it suits me quite well.

It can easily accommodate two PT-XX+ (megatone) mouthpieces.

I just purchased a two MP holder leather bag that also holds oil and a little tuner from Dollybags. The link is above under "Shops"

Off of Ebay it was $23.00

I posted photos of my Cavallaro 4 Mouthpiece Roll a while back. I like it VERY much and I can fit a PT-50, a G&W Bayamo and two Miraphone mouthpieces with room to spare.

I use the Cavallaro and am very happy with it. It seems to have the most padding of any multiple mouthpiece cases that I have tried.

I have the one from the folks at Dollybags. It holds 2 mouthpieces and the following items as well:

tuner,pencil,rotor string,rotor oil,valve oil,hemostat(for pulling string),screwdriver,slide grease,and a wash cloth.

I could easily fit more stuff in there if I needed to. Leather on the outside, a heavy zipper, and very dense padding on the inside. I am very pleased with the purchase.

I must second the Dollybags posts. They are great!
