I also desired a mouthpiece change when I moved to this horn. I tried simply throwing a large shank on to my Elliot setup, but wasnt quite happy with it... (coming from a medium shank on a Willson 2900).

I settled on this:

Interesting. I have an Elliott XT 104 K K8 which I like better on the 842 than the 642. And I did try a Griego 3 NY, which had some great qualities, and I think would work quite well if the throat was opened a bit.
