Hello!

Don't have pictures just yet, but wanted to get the ad up and running.

Selling my 4/4 Nirschl horn purchased new in 2010/2011.

Model is a J-870, but there was a misprint on the horn showing J-880. It has a unique mouthpipe position, which I really loved. It does take some getting used to. Angled at 90º.

Is a fantastic intermediate horn with solid intonation and a sweet sound that blends well within a Western orchestral sound. Only quirk is the e within the staff can have intonation issues if played open; I play it with 1-2.

It has served me well these past 13 years. Unfortunately, due to some health issues, I can no longer play as I once could.

Horn is located in Winnipeg, MB. Willing to ship, but preference is of course for a local delivery.

Asking $4,000 USD/$5,500 CAD.

There is a dent on the main tubing and slme wear on the silver where i woild rest my hand. Shown in pictures. Does not affect intonation.

Price is negotiable. Horn is truly a great instrument and it hurts me to see it go.
