HNWhite Monster Bass

Post by miker »

Hello

I have been a member here for many years but have never posted. I've always just been a lurker.

I'm no longer able to play and am looking to sell my 1935 H.N.White (King) BBb “Monster Bass” tuba, model 1290 (.750 bore) with string linkage. Included is the original detachable front-facing bell (24 inches), an after-market detachable upright bell (20 inches), the original cases for the tuba body and front-facing bell, gig bag for the tuba/upright bell combination, tuba stand and string linkage kit. Mouthpieces include the original Conn that came with the instrument, a Kelly 25 and a vintage Couesnon BBb. I'm asking $1500. I live in southern California and am willing to transport within 150 miles.
