Loss of another great entertainer. Clarence 'Gatemouth' Brown. He was displaced from Slidell, LA by hurricane Katrinka and died later in his home state of Texas. One of my favorites!

Dan,
Following the link, I see that they are collecting money to pay for his medical expenses, but I can't find anything that indicates his passing. The biography page on the website you linked doesn't mention it. What is your source that he died?

An article about his death notice was in our local paper yesterday.
