I think:
1 - if I were not the sort of person to believe in this sort of thing (and I'm not), then a few fuzzy pictures on the internet wouldn't be enough to change my mind; and
2 - a life form advanced enough to travel to earth from another solar system would have more sense than to leave an injured member of their landing party/invasion force/whatever roaming some alley in Italy.

So whether there is intelligent life elsewhere in this vast universe or not, I totally discount this particular account.
