I think your best bet is just to get the trumpet part and transpose it. That's what I do for music other than tuba. It's also a good way to start learning to read the music as is.

Most (better) editions of the Haydn trumpet concerto include parts for trumpets in B flat and E flat. Take the E flat version, add three flats and play it as if it were in bass clef.

The same goes for the Hummel trumpet concerto and many horn concertos.

You should try The Concerto for the Double Bass by Antonio Capuzzi. This is a great concerto and sounds like it was written for the tuba (other than the three line long triplet run in the first movement...really hard to get a breath in on that). This is a piece that I'm about to perform at OcTUBAfest here at the University of Central Arkansas. This is a really fun piece, just remember to play an octave lower than notated.
