I use both the FC Helleburg and the Laskey 30H with my 5/4 Rudy CC. Both work exceptionally well for me. I use the Laskey on large cotrabass parts like Prokoviev 5 or the Ride, and the FC for lighter stuff that does not require a lot of extreme low register work.

Does anybody know the measurement specs on the inner diameter of the rim of the FC? How does the contour compare to the Conn and Schilke?

OOMPAH, I use the Canadian Brass Arnold Jacobs MP on my 6/4. The Cooley is very similar if not exact. The response is excellent. Are you searching for a MP on a Besson 995?
