Go Cubbies Go!!!!

Post by ken k »

I know there are a number of Texans on this forum but I hope the Chicago Cubs beat the Houston Astros and give the Phils a shot at the wild card play-off spot. It looks like we could have a tie breaker game here in Philly Monday night!!!!! Of course the the fightin' Phils have to beat the Nationals one more time Sunday.

It sounds to me as if Wayne is a bit sadistic. I doubt that he is a participant in the bullriding. He just enjoys seeing the blood.

Well at least the Phillies can still look forward to seeing how far Jimmy Rollins can take that hit streak next year (36 and counting).

Houston ought to do well. Wouldn't be surprised to see them win the pennant...

Hmm... Yankees-Astros in the Series maybe? Petitte and Clemens pitching in Yankee Stadium again???

If there's a way that both the Yankees and the Red Sox could both lose in the first round, that'd be awesome. I'd like to see those "other" Sox finally get another championship under their belt...

...and then both pairs of Sox can be put back in the drawer for another 80+ years...
