I would recommend the tuba/euphonium version of the fugue on the Gerhard Meinl Tuba Sextet CD. My quartet played the same arrangement - it is great fun.
I also like Jacques Loussier's version.
For a classical piano version, I recommend Tatiana Nikolayeva (published by the old Soviet Mezhdunarodnaya Knig). This goes for all of Bach's keyboard music.

Try Itunes. They have the Canadian Brass version and it is only $.99! Not bad for an instant sound file.
