Kind of off subject but i have some insight that ITEA is releasing a Harvey Phillips cd. like an ITEA legacy collection. just a little insight don't know if this is out yet or not.
so it should be coming out soon.

Bill Bell Recordings
A number of these lesser-known Bill Bell recordings will be listed in the new edition of the Tuba Source Book. Included are solo performances with band camp ensembles, university band concerts, etc, etc. For several years I have been collecting as many of these recordings as I can locate. I am also working on an article on the subject for publication in the I.T.E.A. Journal.

Bill Bell Recordings
The Legacy CD is a good idea. There could possibly be copyright issues to work through-- but not an impossible situation, in my opinion. At this point-in-time, I am happy with the LPs and tapes that I have been fortunate enough to obtain.
