i was wondering if anyone knew of an arrangement for brass quintet of "Pure Imagination" from willy wonka...

you could always arrange one yourself. I remember when I was in High school I always thought the Jurrasic Park them was awesome so I arranged it for brass quintet. Just takes a good set of ears and some paper. have fun!

I arranged Pure Imagination for brass quintet about 6 months ago. I can send you the Finale file if you email me about it.

A sort of related suggestion, but if you dig this tune, you should check out the arrangement that Harry Connick, Jr. wrote for his "Songs I Heard" album. It's a sort of medley with The Candy Man. Man, I just think an arrangement like that takes a HUGE amount of mastery with harmonics.
